The Dementia…Celebrate Life! Water Bottle was co-designed by an Action Group sub-committee and a design student from Emily Carr University of Art + Design. The slogan, “Dementia…Celebrate Life!” is meant to challenge the stereotypical thoughts and beliefs that often accompany a conversation about “dementia”. Living with dementia may have its challenges along the road, but there is also space for celebration, reflection, and joy. A grey road leading into an abundance of colours, shapes, and paint strokes symbolizes the unknown future that lies ahead when one is diagnosed with dementia. It reminds us of the possibilities in the future and urges us to confront existing ideas.

Use this water bottle as an emblem of unity to spark conversations, challenge misconceptions, and join the movement towards a more empathetic world.
