The Flipping Stigma team would like to extend a warm welcome into the fall season! We have a few exciting updates to share from the past few weeks.
We would like to start by acknowledging World Alzheimer's Day (Thursday, September 21st). In the spirit of contributing to a more united, educated global community around dementia-related stigma, we encourage readers to share the Toolkit and/or the Action Group Guide with someone they know.
UPDATES ON THE ACTION GROUP GUIDE
is live!
The Action Group launched their most recent endeavor to the public on Thursday, September 14th! You can watch the live launch of the website as well as a conversation between members of the Flipping Stigma team here.
The Guide serves as both a memento of the Action Group’s shared time and work for the Flipping Stigma project and as a helpful resource for anyone who is interested in being part of a research team that includes people with lived experience of dementia.

4-PART WEBINAR SERIES WITH THE ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF BC
The Flipping Stigma Team has partnered with the Alzheimer Society of BC to share information about the Toolkit in a 4-part webinar series!

FLIPPING STIGMA STORE
We will be launching the Flipping Stigma store in the coming months – All store sales will go to funding research for people living with dementia.
